Free Practice Analysis
Silkin offers a free practice analysis to doctors interested in finding ways to improve their practice and who, at the same time, want to get a feel for how we work with doctors.
We have found that this service is a great way for us to get to know doctors, establish a rapport and gain trust with them. Over the many years that we’ve been in business, we have found that if we provide doctors with sound recommendations which they see work, they then trust us and will be interested in future services and/or refer colleagues to us.
We have found this to be an effective marketing system that does not rely on “hype” and high pressure sales. It is way for us to prove our worth and “put our money where our mouth is” and is a win-win situation. Doctors get useful and helpful recommendations that they can immediately implement and see results from, and we ultimately get new clients because we know that we can deliver results, even in our free service.

Some Information About the Practice Analysis:
During the practice analysis the analyst will be going over a variety of areas with you. Some of the subjects that may be covered are:
1. Data evaluation of the statistical trends of your practice over the last 12 months. This is to determine the causes of any major up trends or downtrends in your practice. In addition, your consultant will be looking for personnel problems, changes, promotional activities, etc., to ascertain the reasons for past growth, loss of growth or practice plateaus.
2. Analysis of the traffic flow of patients through the office to check for “bottlenecks” or other inefficiencies.
3. Examination of internal and/or external marketing methods and their effectiveness.
4. Staff evaluations
5. Financial planning and any problems relating to accounts receivables, payables, bookkeeping, accounting, delinquent accounts, collections over the counter, insurance billing payroll, etc.
6. Discussion of your professional and personal goals.
7. Close study of any other areas you may have attention on in relation to the success of your practice.
