At Silkin we know that practice expansion can be accomplished by the Owner, Practice Manager and the staff all working together in a well-organized fashion. Expanding a practice depends on first building practice stability. This is done by incorporating a well-planned step-by-step process, each step leading to a targeted goal. Practice stability can be recognized by specific statistical indicators along with the ease at which the practice can be managed. Once a stable platform is built the practice goals can now be aimed directly at expanding the practice. Once a new level of expansion is achieved the practice can now set its sights on a new higher level of expansion.
